The role
As an Associate at Evolver, you will work with investment analysis, due diligence, valuation, modelling and transaction execution, but also with follow-up and value creation in portfolio companies. Just as importantly, you will gradually take responsibility for driving parts of processes forward, turning analysis into clear recommendations and contributing to how Evolver works as a team. This is a role for someone who wants to grow quickly, take real responsibility and learn through close collaboration rather than from a distance. We think the best people are often those who combine sharp thinking with curiosity, good judgment and a genuine willingness to work closely with others. You may come from investment banking, consulting, transaction services, private equity or another analytical environment. What matters most is that you enjoy solving difficult problems, have strong analytical ability and want to be part of a small team where people help each other, challenge each other and build together over time.
What you will do
- Evaluate new investment opportunities through analysis, modelling, valuation and commercial thinking.
- Take an active role in due diligence and transaction processes.
- Contribute to value creation in portfolio companies through analysis, follow-up and hands-on project work.
- Help turn data, findings and discussions into clear recommendations and next steps.
- Work closely with colleagues, entrepreneurs, management teams and advisers in Sweden and Finland.

Who we think you are
You are analytically strong, structured and motivated by learning. You enjoy taking responsibility and do not mind rolling up your sleeves when needed. You are able to work carefully with detail, while also wanting to understand what really matters in a business. You communicate clearly, work well with others and want to be part of a team where people support one another and improve together. Fluent English is required, and Swedish or Finnish is an advantage.
