Summer 2026 offers a particularly exciting time to join Evolver: you will be part of the active investment period of Evolver Fund II, supporting new platform investments and buy-and-build opportunities across the Nordics. This means real exposure to live deals, evolving portfolio strategies, and a hands-on view of how we build Nordic small-cap leaders.

Are you the one?

We are now looking for a Private Equity Summer Analyst to join our team of 10 investment professionals. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work at a prospering private equity firm with highly motivated and knowledgeable colleagues.

We expect you to be studying in a relevant university programme (e.g., finance, accounting, economics, law, engineering) with a strong academic record. Preferably, you have some relevant work experience from previous internships or summer roles, as well as solid skills in financial modelling, valuation, and accounting principles. You should be comfortable working with data, building investment materials, and contributing to analysis that supports real investment decisions.

What will you do?

As a Summer Analyst, you will work closely with the investment team and gain hands-on experience across the private equity value chain, including:

• Company and market research
• Financial modeling, valuation, and investment case analysis
• Due diligence support
• Preparation of investment committee materials
• Portfolio monitoring and value-creation support
• You will be trusted with meaningful tasks and supported through close collaboration and mentoring.

The internship provides an in-depth introduction to private equity and a unique opportunity to spend the summer in Mariehamn and the Åland archipelago. The internship period will take place during summer 2026. It is an excellent opportunity to kick-start or advance your career in investments and private equity. Upon successfully completing the internship, a part-time analyst position (flexible alongside studies) may be offered.
